As our Synod convention comes to a close this Sunday morning, our sermon today comes from Bishop Larry Kochendorfer of the Synod of Alberta and the Territories. We are grateful for the work of our wider church and for those who dedicate their time and energy to its ministry. Sometimes church life can feel like a storm on the sea. But our Lord is with us through every challenge. So even more than the joy of our Synod community, we celebrate the Lord whose Spirit binds us together and makes us one.
