Christian unity…necessity or luxury? Today is the last day of the Week of Prayer for Christian Unity. In Coquitlam we gathered yesterday for a great unity event full of friendship, respect, and engaging dialogue. And then today along comes to Jesus to ask us, in a manner of speaking, whether that’s the best we can do. So what can Jesus, a bunch of fisherman, and a risky move teach us about being truly ecumenical?
