When we think about champions in the fight against climate change we usually think first of scientists and activists. We probably don’t think often of poets. Maybe then, on this Sunday that we celebrate the feast of St. Francis of Assissi, who wrote one of the most famous hymns to creation, we need to think twice about the power of poetry.
