Forgetfulness is a common human problem. More so for some than for others. And for a few it can be downright crippling. But for all of us it can be particularly serious when it comes to our faith lives. Which means we have more in common with the Israelites in Isaiah’s congregation than we might realize. So maybe we all need a good dose of the prophet’s remedy today. Alongside the healing hand of Jesus.
